Smith's car
A fixed bar, 360kg weight capacity, counterweight tuned Smith machine with commercial grade bearings and commercial grade guide rails give you a frictionless solo workout atredyou know Equipped with a safe locking and releasing mechanism with 12 levels of safety latch , which allows maximum training without the use of an observer.
Counterweight means less starting weight and the ability to work smaller muscle groups with lighter weight.
Power Rack
The steel Power Rack component includes J-hooks and front fuses with removable polyurethane covers to extend the life of your bar (not included). The Power Rack weighs 450 kg and can be adjusted to 15 height positions.
Functional trainer
Work all muscle groups with the netcamo functional trainer. The Functional Trainer component with 17 height positions allows you to simulate 100 different exercises from dumbbell, barbell, functional and sportam for specific movements.
MultiGrip Chins

Leg press
A removable checkerboard leg press attachment with a large foot plate design means you can use the leg press with a wide or narrow stance.
The design of the checkerboard improves safety and provides a non-slip surface. The handles are attached to the leg press frame Easier to move, attach and remove.
Dip station
Dips are a very effective pushing exercise that targets the chest, anterior deltoids and triceps.
Easy to attach and remove, the Multi Grip Dip station handles allow you to use different grip widths to shift the emphasis between the inner, outer and triceps of the chest.
Core Trainer
The Hinged Rotational Core Exerciser Pike Mine works with an Olympic bar (not included).

Scale stacks
Two 90 kg stacks are located at the rear of the unit and are numbered and color-coded for easy selection. The G12 is one of the few multi-gyms in the UK with a direct 1:1 cable ratio . This means that the functional trainer has a shorter cable run and the weight resistance is the same for each KG selected on the stack.
